It depends on the trip, but our 2027 group trips are limited to 16–24 guests — compared to some other pickleball tours that pack in 32–60. You get a lot more one-on-one time with the guides and coaching staff, and a more intimate experience overall.

Our coaching staff varies by trip depending on availability, but every coach is experienced and certified. Coach Shelley Wong and Coach Hong Tran are the first to lead as Global Pickleball Tours coaches, and we're excited to add to the team as our trips grow.

All skill levels are welcome. Most guests are 3.0–4.0 players, and everyone is placed in groups based on skill set.

We ask for your approximate skill level after you book. Players are initially placed with others at a similar level, and coaches can change court assignments once they see how players fit in, or based on preference.

Each trip starts with a welcome dinner the evening guests fly in. Instructional clinics begin the next morning and typically run two hours, either between 8–11am or later in the afternoon between 4–7pm. We offer a mix of clinics, live ball, open play and more, and every day is a little different. Tours usually run late morning and afternoon, with optional group meetups in the evenings. Each trip ends with a farewell dinner the night before guests fly out.

It varies by trip, but we have a very welcoming coaching team, guests and staff who will make your trip memorable whether you come solo or with others.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate you. Most places we visit have plenty of restaurants and food to choose from — just let us know your restrictions and we'll do our best.

We don't offer it directly, but we do recommend purchasing travel insurance from a third party. Depending on the trip and the travel agency we partner with, they may offer it.

A non-refundable deposit reserves your place — $300 for single occupancy or $600 for double. For bookings made now, the remaining balance is due at the time of booking. Start with the reservation form and we'll follow up with payment details.
